Neither Sleet nor Snow...

This is Shorty. Guardian of the Skamokawa Post Office. No fear of the scales here, she weighs in at a bit over 7 1/2 pounds. "Gotta Problem with that?" Exempt from a GS rating, her work duties include, night security patrol and mousing, by day she conducts horizontal surface suitability tests for her ongoing project: Purrrfect Prone Positioning. She is currently working on the data-gathering component of the project, which is expected to last for some years.
